She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1982 and also ha several years of experience as a residential appraiser. Real Estate is in her blood. Her father was a past President of the Durham Board of Realtors and one of the first MAI appraisers in the State. Her sister is also a broker and MAI appraiser. Martha is a Real Estate Specialist working with both buyers and sellers.

Tim Manale came to Chapel Hill in 1980 to attend UNC, and like so many others, loved it so much he could not leave. After earning his MBA from Duke he joined A Southern Season as co-owner/manager and became the “face” of the landmark Chapel Hill specialty food and gift business. After 30 years of thoroughly enjoying serving thousands of customers in the Triangle, he and his partner, Michael Barefoot sold the company in 2011. Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals, he instinctively turned to Amy Pomerantz of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston for his new career.

She and her two sons were raised here. Joan has an utmost interest in real estate; she is committed to making the listing process flawless and is dedicated to serving all of our clients’ needs without delay.

Stephanie is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years in the Real Estate business with 12 of those years with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. Prior to Coldwell Banker HP&W, Stephanie was a Real Estate Paralegal specializing in Residential Real Estate Closings. She is responsible for all of the special advertising, online marketing and printed marketing for The Amy Pomerantz Group and assists Amy in keeping our Sellers informed of the market and our activities. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our Sellers.

With over 10 years of solid real estate experience, Pam is a welcome addition to the Amy Pomerantz Group. Her background includes working several years with a major builder/developer in our area.
