He graduated in 1998 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Brandon’s work experience includes: Financial Center Operations Coordinator at SouthTrust Bank, Registered Securities Representative at Principal Financial Group, licensed NC loan officer at East Coast Mortgage Group, and Investment Property Specialist as an independent real estate broker managing an investment portfolio of over 80 rental units. Brandon’s mission is to help his clients locate the property of their dreams, as well as ensure that they make a sound investment decision with positive returns.

She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1982 and also has several years of experience as a residential appraiser. Real Estate is in her blood. Her father was a past President of the Durham Board of Realtors and one of the first MAI appraisers in the State. Her sister is also a broker and MAI appraiser. Martha is a Real Estate Specialist working with both buyers and sellers.

Born and raised in West Virginia, Shawn has made Durham County his home since 2000. After graduating from West Virginia University with a BS in Business Administration, Shawn gained significant experience in contractor licensing, home inspections, real estate appraisals and real estate brokerage. Shawn has worked with real estate investors, as well as first time home buyers, and has been able to provide each individual with expertise in their unique endeavors. Every real estate transaction is unique and Shawn's vast experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, will provide you with confidence and peace of mind from start to finish during your transaction.

Nogui is an experienced REALTOR® and a Real Estate Technology professional. His background includes 8 years of graphic design, web design and real estate marketing. Prior to moving here in 2006 to pursue a career in real estate, Nogui was a graphic designer for several prominent advertising agencies in South Florida. In addition to working with clients, Nogui handles special advertising, online marketing and print marketing for our listings and assists Amy in keeping our sellers informed of the market and our activities.
